As a theme park lover who goes to theme park almost every week, my legs and back feel so sore at the end of the day. So, I got this Arnipatch to give it a try to see whether it can help relieving the soreness. The patch size is great that can cover my calf nicely and it feels cool and soothing. Definitely can help relieving the soreness. However, I found the patch couldn’t stay on well (note: I didn’t put on any lotion beforehand). The patch fell off over the night. Thus, I couldn’t tell whether it can last 12 hours. Moreover, considering the price per each patch for over $2, it seems a bit expensive.

Knee has issues after being on my feet all day, it was fine by the end of the day after putting this on in the morning. No scent like some patches and creams which was nice, no one knew I was wearing it. There was mild warmth but didn’t get too hot so wasn’t uncomfortable to wear like another brand I’ve tried. My sister has been pressuring me to try more natural remedies for my aches and pains so I ordered these patches for some shoulder pain after some yard work. I was lucky this time and the pain resolved before the patches arrived so I haven’t tried them yet. The patches are a decent 6.42 x 9.84 inches and can be cut to fit. I like that this is a five pack of easy to apply patches that are purported to work for 12 hours.

I prefer using any kind of arnica over other things, and these patches are convenient in that they are big enough to cover a fair area.It was a bit difficult to remove the adhesive protection layer until I noticed that on one of the long sides the protection layer is a bit wider than the patch so that is where it can be removed the easiest. The patch feels super cold when first applied, almost ouch – cold. A nice thing is that the patch is flexible. I used it on my knee and no movement was restricted.It smells like menthol and the smell is pretty strong but after wearing the patch the smell becomes less strong. It sticks well, no complaints there either. The patches come in a bag that can easily be resealed.

These arnica patches are an alternative to my typical remedies. I’ve been using them on my sore shoulder joint. They’re a bit smaller than I expected, but I really like that they don’t have an offensive odor.

These arnica patches cover a fairly large area of skin (see photo of a patch next to a ballpoint pen for size comparison). They’re super easy to use by peeling the backing and sticking it to your skin. Others have commented on a menthol smell but it’s so faint that I barely noticed it. It doesn’t have much of a smell at all.
When you apply the patch, it feels a bit wet (because it is wet) and cool but the feeling of wetness dissipates after about 15 minutes. When I applied it vertically on my chest or back, it took a few “re sticks” to get it to lay flat against the skin instead of falling off but once it was warm from my body heat, it stuck more easily.
Effectiveness: It definitely helps take away the pain. My large dog dragged me down a hill chasing another dog and I was bruised all over my chest and back and in major pain. I’m so glad I had these patches on hand because they lessened the pain quite a bit—enough to tolerate it and still be able to work.

I’ve been using the Arnipatch’s just over a week. I loved that they were flexible and not sticky. My only complaints / issues were that the patches were all the same size and I would have liked small and extra large options, but they definitely helped alleviate my pain symptoms enough that they are something I will repurchase.

I may not feel over 50 but there are days – especially during New England winters – when my body is more than happy to tell me otherwise. I spend a lot of my time on heating pads, or wearing heat wraps and patches when I go out. I’ve used Arnica gel in the past for bruising, but never for muscle & joint pain or in patch form. I’ve been using the Arnipatch’s just over a week. I received a pack of 10 and they could not have come at a better time because temps in Connecticut dipped below zero at night. I’m used to heat therapy so I was a little skeptical about trying something with a cooling effect but they worked on me so well! When my husband would help apply them to my back I’d hop up and down like a little kid because it felt like he was dumping snow down my back at first. They go on so cold! But with a minute or so my body heat would adjust to it and it became something I barely noticed. I loved that they were flexible and not sticky. They did not leave residue behind after removal. The Arnipatch is three layers with a hydrogel layer. The ingredients are homeopathic. The active ingredient is the Arnica Montana plant. They are “perfect for handling external stimulation, excessive exercise, post-treatment swelling, and muscle knots”. Arnipatches definitely helped alleviate my pain symptoms enough that they are something I will repurchase.

I am going by another’s opinion on this. I cannot use patches due to the adhesive properties of the item, and I have a sensitivity to adhesives. But thought I’d give these a shot anyway.
They generate a feeling of warmth and comfort. It’s different than the other kinds of patches containing lidocaine. The relief lasted about 5 hours, but it may be different in someone else.

Back patch to use for pain for myself personally I like it because it’s natural and helps with bruising too. Arnica. Smells light, not strong like other patches. Effective and safe. Functional for back pain. Sticky on the skin to stay put.

I get occasional pain in my right knee. In the past I have used arnica in tablet form to help with the pain. I like these sheets so much better because they go right to where the pain is at. They stay on for a long time and they have helped with my knee

These patches are great for “”spot”” treatment — places where the pain doesn’t radiate throughout a limb but is in one consistent area — such as a knee. These patches are also good for eliminating discoloration of bruising. (I recently fell and broke my nose and arnica helped the bruising disappear in three days rather than what should have been a week to 10 days.)
Arnica really soothes and provides pain relief for me. That being said, I will probably remain with arnica that comes in a cream form as it can be applied to an entire part of the body. I exercise a lot and my pain will radiate down the entire side of a leg. These patches are good but, for me, I prefer applying an arnica cream that covers the entire area. These patches have 1X HPUS 7% arnica montana — which is the same amount found in most creams.

These patches are smaller than some for the back, but they cover the area where I need them. I like that they are easy to peel off of the backing, they are very supple and adhere to the skin well. I forget I’m wearing one because they move so well with my skin. They don’t have a scent, they don’t tingle or heat. I can peel the patch off easily and painlessly, but they don’t come off until you take them off. I feel like they help with my discomfort, and they last the whole 12 hours.

Package arrived very quickly and tightly sealed (almost couldn’t open the Ziplock part). Upon opening the pouch there was no odor whatsoever is a plus when wearing out in public I may be 55 years old but I’m no old lady LOL. I wore one to work all day long and had no issue with the sticky part coming undone in fact it wore better than major name brand pain relief patches I’ve worn in the past. Advocating for more natural holistic approaches to pain relief Arnica has always been my go-to rub and love this just sticks on and you forget it. I wore at least 12 hours and was easy to remove. Yes, I will purchase in the future in fact I’m going to go put one on now. I use this for muscular skeletal aches and pains, shoulders, upper back and neck areas. I have not used it for bruising so I cannot attest to that functionality.

Having used arnica in many forms over the years I ordered these patches because I am prone to bruising and creating situations where I have muscle pain, yeah, that’s me. I like that these hydrogel patches can be cut if needed so I can adjust the size for where they are needed. I find them lightly scented, a bit tricky to put on larger areas due to their flexibility but steady and firm once on the body. They are cooling at first and can be applied for up to 12 hours.

I’ve been using the Arnipatch after my workouts, and I have to say, it really works. It helps a lot with the minor aches and muscle soreness I get from exercising. One of the best parts is that it doesn’t have a strong smell, which I really appreciate since some patches can be overpowering.

This product works wonders for reducing post-blemish marks – l’ve had some pesky dark spots on my upper cheek/ undereye area for a while now, but after several of these treatments, I can see a huge difference. In just one night, the color was significantly lightened. I can’t wait to try again in a few days. These patches are also super comfortable to wear (I forget | even have them on sometimes). This is way cheaper and more gentle than laser treatments!

These are some of the best l’ve found for staying in place. They all put pressure on your ears, so you have to understand that any of these masks behind your ears will pull. These stay in place overnight with no problems. I prefer to use a neoprene sling that goes all the way around my head and then pull the ear tabs off my ears so l can rest without pulling on my ears.

I love these patches! They arrived quickly and well-packaged. They have no discernible scent. They are easy to use. The patches have a significant amount of product and are easy to apply. I have moderate lines on one side from clenching my cheek with my teeth, helping to reduce the line. I haven’t noticed any adverse side effects!
